The cards use 1/2" pink ribbon from a roll that I cut my daughter's hair ribbons from also. Stampin' Up!'s ribbon is much better quality. This ribbon was a bear to work with; it would get tiny pulls (stretches) in the ribbon even in the middle when I was tying it in a knot!
